Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies. Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities to management, providing insight into pipeline health and sales progress. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement with potential and existing clients, striving to meet or exceed expectations. Key Skills: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in B2B sales. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Excel . Ability to quickly identify client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent time management , organizational, and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach to sales. Strong interpersonal skills , with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.
